Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent more than 13 years in management and customer service. I chose mortgage brokerage to do what I enjoy most: helping people through the big decisions in their lives. I work independently from the banks, so I take the time to assess your profile before presenting your application to the best-suited lenders.
I serve clients in French and English, by phone and video call, across Québec. Whether you’re in Montréal, Laval, the South Shore or a remote region, it makes no difference: you get the same personalized service.

A 15-minute call to understand your project, goals and timeline. No commitment.
Application analysis
You share your documents securely. I analyze your situation and the current market to find the best opportunities.
Recommendation
A second call where I put 30+ lenders in competition, clearly present the best options, and you choose yours.
Submission
I coordinate your transaction with the lender. Once the loan is approved, all that’s left is to book an appointment with the notary to complete the transaction.
